Maison Champenoise was founded by Lema and Thomas, two childhood friends from Reims, in the heart of Champagne, France.

Brought together by a shared passion for hospitality and craftsmanship, they wanted to bring a taste of their region to Amsterdam, through a concept that blends French tradition with a modern, casual spirit.
