THE FRENCH PIE STORY
Maison Champenoise is a modern French food concept built around the French savory pie from the Champagne region.
Founded in July 2025, Maison Champenoise operates from a single boutique in the Jordaan district of Amsterdam. We offer a contemporary take on a classic French specialty, combining crisp, golden pastry with generous, comforting fillings. Rooted in tradition, our pies are designed to be enjoyed at lunch or dinner, as well as in sharing formats for apéritif moments.
On the sweet side, we serve Liege waffles made with pearl sugar, paired with a carefully chosen Champagne house, currently a Brut Premier Cru, while our épicerie selection continues to evolve.
